Modern resonance mode and circuit technologies which have been used for this high voltage power supply allow to reach highest efficiencies.Excellent control capabilities are realized at the same time as well as little ripple and noise. This enables these HV power supplies for use in a broad range of applications, e.g. magnetrons, laser, X-ray tube PS, ion implantation, ion pumps, capacitor charging, e-beam systems, electrostatics , electron beam processing etc. Through a wide range of variations in the mechanical dimensions of the cases (also customer specified) this HV PS are matched perfectly to existing requirements.
